The Patek Philippe Reference 3428 is launched in 1960 and remained in production until the mid-1960s. The model (with its new Cal. 27-460) replaces the Ref. 2526 (Cal. 12-600 AT). The majority in yellow gold, more rarely in rose gold. Around 500 to 550 examples were produced.
