Die Kupferplatten für "The Valley" sind im Kolophon des Portfolios explizit erwähnt und gelten als eigenständige Kunstwerke. Eine limitierte Anzahl Drucke wurde auf Büttenpapier mit speziellen Wasserzeichen für das Portfolio hergestellt, die Platten blieben anschliessend erhalten.

The copper plates for "The Valley" are mentioned explicitly in the colophon of the portfolio and are considered as independent artworks. For the portfolio, a limited number of prints were made on handmade paper with special watermarks, after which the plates were preserved.
