Champagne colour dial with radial applied yellow gold indexes. 10-200 calibre, lever escapement, Glucydur screw-balance and blued steel Breguet hairspring, index regulator with spring and micrometric screw, adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions.

The Patek Philippe Reference 2451 étanche (water-resistant) is launched in 1949 and remained in production until the 1960s. The majority in yellow gold, more rarely in stainless steel. Around 1000 examples were produced.
