Round-shaped gentleman's wristwatch with five horological complications: Half-instantaneous perpetual calendar à guichets (with apertures); Date of the month (subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock); Day of the week (aperture at 11 o'clock; indications given in English); Month of the year (aperture at 1 o'clock; indications given in English); Phases of the moon (aperture at 6 o'clock). Polished three-piece case, with snap-on case-back. Silver colour dial with radial applied yellow gold indexes. 27-460 Q calibre, lever escapement, Gyromax balance, self-compensating Breguet hairspring, adjusted to heat, cold isochronism and 5 positions, 18K yellow gold rotor, Geneva seal.

The majority in yellow gold (450 examples), more rarely in white gold (130 examples), even rarely in rose gold (6 examples). 586 examples were produced (including 2 re-cased pieces in platinum by Patek Philippe), some of them with sapphire snap-on case-back (Ref. 3448-100), some of them with integrated bracelet.
